The Institute is owned by the Town Council.
Anyone wishing to hire a room or the hall can do so by contacting the Caretaker, Mr Brian Howells on 07891 238293 during regular office hours, or via email caretaker@pontarddulaistowncouncil.gov.uk at any time.

The Institute is currently used on a regular basis by the following organisations:-
Pontarddulais Senior Citizens, Cor Glandulais, Lighthouse Community Church Coffee Morning, West Glamorgan Karate Club, Knit & Natter, U3A, Mobile Foot Clinic, Slimming World, Bont Ladies, Theatr Bontastic and Emma Rees Yoga.
